High Quality Video Production & Advertising: The Yes! Media Method

Yes! Media - Advertising Agency

East Idaho, the United States, and the world has no shortage of businesses looking for a marketing edge, theres a unique agency aiming to be #1 in three areas at once: creative media, ad management, and digital infrastructure. That agency is Yes! Media (by Satterfield Marketing,) and it shines bright precisely because it refuses to treat those three disciplines as separate services. They can be built to work as one engine to “win” with advertising and marketing.

What Makes Video Production Different at Yes! Media

When people think "video production," they often picture a camera crew and a simple edit. Yes! Media's creative media work goes well beyond that. The team handles full-scale video production, 3D animation, and VFX in-house, (not AI generating video), meaning a single project can move from concept to cinematic final cut without ever leaving Yes! Media. That matters for quality control, timelines, and the kind of polish that makes a local brand look like a national one.

That means high quality filming, drones, in house 3D, VFX, Sound Design, Lighting, Audio and not one area needs to be outsourced. And we optimize. In fact, we have had a movie making production company reach out to us to make their brand ident. (The short at beginning of movies showing what companies are taking part.)

This is where "creative media" earns its name. It's not just footage, it's story, motion graphics, visual effects, and animation working together to make a brand memorable and at a consistently new rate that significantly outpaces common norms. For East Idaho businesses that production value can be the difference between an ad that gets scrolled past and one that not only gets remembered, but gets one into a clean curated pipeline to take action.

Ad Management That Produces Real Wins

Great video means little without smart placement and media buying behind it. Yes! Media's ad management arm has driven cost per conversion down from around $81 to around $7 for clients, a track record that speaks directly to the agency's results-focused approach. Campaigns are built, tested, and optimized with the same rigor as the creative itself, so the video work and other creative hopefully looks good and helps bring results. RESULTS FOCUSED.

Digital Infrastructure: The Foundation Most Agencies Skip

The third pillar, digital infrastructure, is often the piece brands don't realize they're missing. Websites, apps, tracking, automation, and the technical backbone that supports every campaign all fall under this umbrella at Yes! Media. Because it's handled in-house alongside creative and ad management, there's no disconnect between a beautiful video and the digital systems meant to capture the response it generates.

The Yes! Media Method

What ties all three areas together is what could be called a forward thinking method: owning the entire process so nothing gets lost in translation between vendors. A clean pipeline. Ad funnel to lead. Most agencies outsource video, animation, or ad buying to third parties. Yes! Media keeps it all in-house, which means faster turnarounds, tighter quality control, and a consistent creative vision from the first storyboard to the last ad impression.

An Owner Who Keeps Learning, Testing & Understands Marketing From a Larger Scale

Part of what sets Yes! Media apart is leadership with a genuinely unusual background. Colton Satterfield. the owner, has organized large-scale events locally at Holt Arena with an events company, which company also helped Monster Energy at Supercross, who also built and ran a product-based company worn by some of the best athletes in the world, including X Games gold medalists, during thrbfirst 1260 on a skateboard, during the first MTB Triple Crown Win, etc; and that owner is a multiple-time X Games gold medalist personally.

He takes the competitive work ethic to Yes! Media. The willingness to “dig in” and learn & work to become the best in competition translates to the goal to be #1 as an agency.

The combination of the background gives a rare, firsthand understanding of some of what matters when building a brand people trust and take action for; not just from a marketing seat, but from inside the arena, inside the product, and inside the competition itself.

With that said, perhaps the biggest thing learned is the willingness to keep learning and growing until you and your clients “win,” and when you win, work hard to keep winning.

That perspective shows up in the work. It may be why so much of the perspective is around building for genuine and real results instead of vanity metrics, and why the whole operation is engineered around quality first.

Exclusive, But Open to the Right Fit

Yes! Media is intentionally selective. The agency already partners with some great local brands across East Idaho, and that exclusivity is part of what keeps quality high across every project. Still, the door isn't closed. Local brands who think they might be a fit are encouraged to reach out and start a conversation.

For businesses in Idaho, Utah and beyond looking for video production services backed by real creative firepower, proven ad management, and solid digital infrastructure, Yes! Media has the #1 mindset, with results.

Founder's Points - What Really is Different About Yes! Media?

"I think of the success, and hopefully continuing growing success, of Yes! Media as a blessing from the Lord. I think it's especially cool that that blessing can bless others and their businesses. Realizing a business really comes down to people and their families. If their business does well, people and their families can do well.

What really is different? My thoughts.

1. The Yes! Media Method (advertising)

-> Multiple new cinematic video ads each month, helping overcome ad fatigue and stay fresh. (This can be a bit fast paced per common norms.)

2. Creative Video

-> Quality, real made VFX and 3D animation in house I think does help set us apart. We may be the only agency (that I'm aware of,) in the greater area that consistently includes actual build 3D in advertising.

3. Ad Management.

-> Being blessed to come into a company after, I think, a larger agency, and applying what is now called "The Yes! Media Method," and seeing in the first year to year Q1, comparison, a ~5x improvement on cost per conversions. Then being able to see it double the next year being ~10x+. Improving, even upon oneself, is a very cool thing.

4. Learning, Testing and Improving

-> One client was visited by people from quite a large company, whose products they sell. One individual in marketing was, I think surprised at part of the method, and that it did so well, mentioning something about us being the only ones doing it. The client said to them in a somewhat joking manner, to not tell anyone else about it. Basically to keep it an internal secret. What was the secret? Following the numbers instead of common norms. Being direct and simple enough to optimize for maximizing output per dollar of ad spend.

5. Right Partner Clients

-> Similar to an athlete with a sponsor, they may want to really "believe" in the brand. Remember the movie "Cars"? Perhaps this seems childish but it gets the point across well. He didn't leave his smaller sponsor for the big one, he helped build hem to something grand. And perhaps, the "smaller sponsor," would never dream of leaving their winning race car.

This is the type of relationship we want with our clients. A strong foundation and long term. Doing so much at such a high level that there isn't any comparable option. Cost to output level and quality being essentially so far beyond what the common norms of the area are. Yes! Media can be like the VERY POWERFUL and "Winning" race car that won't leave your side, but can lift you up; big time.

We are exclusive, but are open to hear from those interested to see if it's a great fit.

6. Willingness to be Different and Make Moves that Make Sense to "Win."

-> I won X Games in 2014. A past life in many ways. 2015 I was a defending champion. How would I win again? "Simple," do something so big and beyond what anyone else has done. It was common for wins to come with a new trick, but this would be a big step up. I won again in 2015 doing a "double flair" on the X Games "Big Air" Ramp. (Double backflip 180.). Now landing that was a blessing. But there was also significant preparation and it started with the mentality that number #1 is where I very, very much worked to stay. So I won with something that is, arguably, way big of a step up; "winning by a mile," type, potentially. A trick that hasn't been done on that ramp again since.

Similarly, Yes! Media is approached with a #1 mentality. Willing to do way more, get into the depths of things, "challenge" common norms, test, and progress to a point to well "win" in very ethical ways. This may sound like business "jargon", but it's been real, there is so much that can be optimized with video and advertising as a whole, in quality ways. In some sense, I've looked at "old models," or "common norm models," a bit like "models that can be greatly optimized."

In some sense, I think Yes! Media is pioneering. Simplified, it is constantly iterating, with a #1 mentality. Very blessed and thankful." - Colton Satterfield
